1. How long does it take to receive my order?
- France: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 4–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Delays may occur during busy seasons (holidays, strikes, etc.). A tracking number is provided for every order.
2. Can I cancel or change my order?
- You can email us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- If your item has not yet been made, we can gladly make changes or cancel the order.
- Once the item has been crafted, cancellations or changes are no longer possible, but non-personalized items can be returned according to our Refunds & Returns Policy.
3. How do I return an item?
- Only non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Personalized items cannot be returned.

- Avoid contact with water, perfumes, or harsh chemicals.
- Store your pieces in a dry place, ideally in a jewelry box or pouch.
- Gently wipe with a soft cloth to keep them shining.

6. I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@gmail.com
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue
- We will replace the item at no extra cost.

Yes! We ship worldwide.
Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
